#20 What year was the Steiger Series III released?

ANSWER: 1976

http://www.toytractorshow.com/PantherIII.htm

Bonus Question: What was the last  new full release item sold under the International Harvester brand?

ANSWER: This question answer was not on TTS word for word and took some thought. That is why it was the bonus question. In 1985 the IH 1844 Cotton Picker was released and pictured in the Case International Buyers guide that year as an International. It is hard to see but the cab has an IH logo in the center not a CIH. The 1844 was the last new IH to be fully marketed as a new product  and remained in the Case International line until 1990. The Super 70 tractors were the last new Tractors built by IH but with only 36 models sold it was not a full release line. The IH 5488 was the last tractor of the Farmall Assembly Line on May 14, 1985 but it was released as a new model in 1982.  The IH 1844 is pictured below.
