The 70 series 4wds from John Deere were introduced in 1993 as the
Power-Plus Tractors. The updated models were the 250 hp 8570, 300 hp 8770,
350 hp 8870, and the top of the line 400 hp 8970. For the first time the top
three models could be fitted with triples duals like the 8870 pictured
above.
