Home Up 9100 Series Four 9190 Quad-Trac EXP STEIGERS for 2000 STX STEIGERS QuadTRAC STX 450

Quad-Trac EXP

Case unveiled "Quadtrac," a 9200 Series articulated four-wheel drive tractor with rubber crawler tracks, rather than wheels, at all 4 points at the Farm Progress show in 1992. The 9250 4wd was chosen rather than a Case industrial crawler because it was built for agricultural operations. It was displayed as a standard 9250 and also with EXP decals. Its advantages over a normal crawler included smooth, familiar steering and the ability to make full-power turns without sliding, scuffing, riding or loss of power through hydrostatic steering systems.

Case International also developed a four tracked Magnum EXP along with the tracked EXP 4wd. The Magnum Upgrade Tracked or M.U.T was based from the 7140 Magnum  and displayed at several farm shows. This model known as the Magnatrac has not made it into full production yet but maybe in a few years it will be a common site across America.
