has announced several new John Deere farm toys for 2005. These
new toys will be released through out the entire year of 2005.

Ertl previews the new 1/64 2+2 tooling. In 2005 Ertl will
introduce a 3588 IH 2+2 with cab glass as part of a 7 piece CaseIH
historical set and a 3388 2+2 without cab glass in a set with an IH
forage harvester and forage wagon.

Scale Models announces a new 1/16 and 1/64 Ford 8000. The 105
hp Ford 8000 farm toy will be available to collectors at the
National Farm Toy Show Scale Models Open House on November 5 and 6
in Dyersville, Iowa.

| 08/26/04:
The new 1/64 10 piece Historical Set for 200th anniversary of
John Deere's birth has been released. In commemoration of John
Deere's life and the company he launched with plow in 1837 a 10
piece set has been produced. This set highlights land mark
tractors in Deere & Company's line from 1918-2004. The set
includes the Waterloo Boy, Unstyled D, Unstyled G, Styled B, 730,
4020, 4430, 4450, 8400 and 9520. All of the tractors with
tires have a new lighter rubber tire. Ertl made some nice
improvements on the modern John Deere tractors. The 4430 has
larger balloon style front tires, the 4450 has banded duals, the
8400 has 1994 introduction style 8000 decal, painted cab lights and
rubber tires and the 9520 has Greenstar GPS and new flotation
duals. Look for a full feature article on this new set and the

Tractor Times.
TTT's "What's Hot in 64th" will do a side by side
comparison of the new tractors with past offerings to show all the
new improvements and details in the 10 piece set.

The Toy Tractor Times Magazine debuted on August 15,
1983. Anniversary 2004 will mark 21 years of service to
the farm toy hobby. TTT started a line of Anniversary Tractors
in 1986. The nineteenth TTT tractor is a 1/16 replica of
the 1977 International 1086. The 1086 will be produced
by Ertl exclusively for The Toy Tractor Times under license from
CaseIH. The Toy Tractor Times reaches farm toy

| 08/06/04:
Ertl has two
new 1/64 grain carts. The 750 bu. J&M grain cart paired
with a CaseIH STX375 HD. John Deere has the 750 bu. Frontier
model GC1107 grain cart paired with a newly revised John Deere
8320. These new carts offer plenty of detail inside and out.
New carts with new
tractors: J&M teamed with CaseIH STX 375HD Steiger and Frontier
teamed with John Deere 8320 with newly revised gps roof. This
is the first 1/64 8320.

Ertl has several new items on the way this fall from John

| 07/15/04: The
new 1/32 scale Buhler Versatile 4WD with triples or
duals come in a box with decals for you to make it one of these
models: 2290, 2335, 2360, 2375, 2425. Both models have a
die-cast 1st Edition imprint.

Ertl previews the prototype of the new 1/64 replica of the John
Deere 7520.

| 06/15/04:
Ertl has released the new 1/32 Buhler Versatile Genesis II with FWA
and spacer rear duals and a 1/64 Buhler Versatile Genesis II with
FWA and single rear tires. Both models come undecaled in a
plain white box with a decal sheet to make a: 2145, 2160, 2180, or
2210.

| 06/14/04: Scale
Models will release the second 1/16 model in the Steiger barn series
in 2004. In the year 2000 Scale Model launched the series with
a 1/16 model of the Steiger #1 built in the Steiger brothers' dairy
barn back in 1958. This one tractor started the Steiger 4wd revolution.
The new 1/16 Steiger 2200 was the next generation of barn built
Steigers. It was not until 1970 that Steiger 4wds started to
roll out of the famous factory in Fargo, North Dakota.

| 05/18/04: In
a few months Ertl will release the new 2004 Ford
F-150 and the Dodge Ram "Mayor of Truckville"
2500. These new pick ups share great detail including clear
windows and a cab interior. The Ford F-150 has an extended cab
and the Dodge Ram 2500 has a quad cab.

Walters from Ertl announced the new 1/64 CaseIH Farmall 100, 200,
300, 400 set and the John Deere 8020 4wd are ready to ship to
participating CaseIH and John Deere dealers.

| 04/16/04: Bill
Walters from Ertl announced the 1/16 CaseIH STX 500 Steiger is
shipping to participating CaseIH dealers. For this new 500hp
Steiger replica Ertl tooled new front weights, the rear warning bar,
and the engine covers. The Collectors Edition is
packaged with a 1/64 chrome STX 500.

Walter's from Ertl shared pictures of the 25th John Deere Precision
Classic on TTS toy Talk. The 25th Precision John Deere will be
a 5010. The 5010 will be the last Precision in the original
set that dates back to 1990 with the original Precision #1 John
Deere A on steel wheels. In the fall of 2004 Ertl will
release the next generation Precision series with a John Deere
4430. The 4430 will have several revisions over the
4440. It will have a shorter hood, rear dual wheels and
cab windows that open.

has announced its latest project with Kinze and Spec-Cast.
Spec-Cast will produce three 1/16 versions of the Kinze 1050 Grain
Cart. The 1/64 1050 grain carts won top honors in the ToyTractorShow.com
Best of 2003 Readers Poll
in the 1/64 scale implement catagory. Now 1/16 models with the
same top notch detail are on the way. In February 2004 a 1/16
1050 Row Row Crop model with duals will be released. In May
the soft-trac large tire model will be released followed by the
track model in July. All three of these models will retail in
the $135 range. These models have all the detail collectors
want with realistic augers, safety grates in the tank, pto, pto
shields, light bars, hitch jack stand and windows in the grain
bin.

Models had the MT's at their display at the Dyersville Summer Toy Show
today. The 1/16 model was Autographed and available for purchase. I
believe it was $145. They also had a 1/64 version on display, but
they said it was just a prototype. The finished product should be ready in
