Self-propelled Automatic Bale Wagon
New Holland is the leader in bale wagons, with more features and better proven reliability. The New Holland self-propelled automatic bale wagon model 1069 is powered by a 354 CID Perkins diesel engine and can move on average 96 tons of hay today. The 1069 can load 14x18 and 16x18 square bales. An automatic bale wagon speeds up small square baling operations. Traveling at 10 mph the 1069 can pick up 160 bales in 18 minutes. Farmers can speed from the field to the farm at 30 mph. The 1069 builds stacks tighter than if they were hand made and delivers its load directly to the barn or feeding area. The 1/64 models above are part of C&D Models private collection and were produced by C&D in 1998 under license from New Holland. C&D's 1069 has a raise able loader, moveable bale table and rack.
