1. Remove tracks and rims from tractor. Here’s a couple of different ways to do: On rear ones First try twisting and pulling on them to remove. Fronts you will probably have to use the following: Place side cuts between side of rim and tractor and carefully pry them off. Also can place the tractor in hot water to warm them up before removing. ( Be careful, ware gloves)

2.Cut off Track Undercarriages next to body as pictured. Sand sides and bottom of tractor and track frames. Mark the center of the flat bar stock. Position onto bottom of tractor center and super glue in place.

3. Remove old axles from rims. Place needle nose pliers next to rim, hold side cuts next to pliers and pry rims off . Install new axles into one of each rim. Super glue if not tight. Install a set of spacers onto front and rear axles. Reassemble them into tractor and install rubber tracks.

4. Place track frame (undercarriages) on underneath side of flat bar. Position and center them as pictured and super glue in place. Repeat for other side. Carefully remove tracks. Mix 5 min. Epoxy and coat underneath side of them for support. Also place a light coat over the bar and center of the tractor. When dry sand as desired, clean and paint. Reinstall tracks.
