IH fans will have a new 86 series toy in 1/16. Ertl will release a 1/16 IH 986 with the late Tri-Stripe 86 series decal offered in 1980 and 81 by IH. This is the first time a 986 toy has ever been offered. Read up on the 86 series toys in this months TTS Farm Toy Report by clicking here.
