Happy spring.  Hopefully tractors and equipment are rolling in your area.  Plenty of new toys are at dealerships now and on the way.

April and early May will be a busy time  for new toys. The AGCO, Case-New Holland and John Deere 2006 Catalogs from Ertl are now all out.  New Case-New Holland and John Deere toys just announced in the catalogs are being released now.  We will have to wait until August for the new AGCO toys.

What is new this month?  In 1/64 the new CaseIH STX Steiger and MX Magnum toys are at participating CaseIH dealers.  The new Series II New Holland TJ and TG toys are out in 1/64.  Ertl's 1/64  John Deere 8220 and 1990 CCC Air Seeder announced in late 2005 is now at participating John Deere dealers along with the 7500 self propelled forage harvester truck set and 5020 manure spreader set.

Case-New Holland has several new 1/32 items on the way in April including new tractors and implements.  In 1/16 John Deere's new 60 tractor with mounted sheller just arrived at dealers along with the 4 piece Dealer Edition tractor series.  CaseIH has new releases including the IH 806 with duals.

This April marks Toy Tractor Show.com's 6th Anniversary.  On April, 27, 2000 Toy Tractor Show.com was launched on the world wide web to promote farm toys from 1970 to modern times.

The website has become the leading on-line news source in the farm toy hobby.  The hobby has advanced in the six years TTS.com has been on the internet.  In 2000 collectors did not enjoy the level of detail we know today. The focus in 2006 is making farm toys in all scales as realistic as possible.  Life like draw bars have replaced generic hitches, cab windows are now standard, working 3pts are being added to many models.  Ertl and Spec-Cast have change the direction of the hobby to detail and Collectors like it.

Thank you for your support and interest of ToyTractorShow.com over the past six years.  I want to thank the toy makers for their interest in TTS and the collectors who visit here.
