National Farm Toy Show Display #7

Chris Burmeister placed seventh at the 2001 National Farm Toy Show. Chris created a farm from the 1960's. He built a real cement silo, a wooden slat corn crib and blew up a wonderful fall farm scene for the background to create his layout. The farm is a 1/16 display. It is very loyal to Minneapolis-Moline. The highlight piece of equipment is a second generation Minneapolis-Moline Uni with a square baler mounted on it. Later New Idea offered UNI systems. We see another M-M innovation with the first cabed tractor on the display. The nicest part of Chris's display all of the original M-M literature giving the history of each piece of equipment on the display.
