it such a success. Many Thanks to David Ruppel for chatting with the
collectors on TTS. J.Hasert: Thank
you for making time for the ToyTractorShow.com Live Chat David. David Ruppel: Thanks for having me Jay. J.Hasert:
Since C&D makes a self-propelled chopper kit, will you make a kemper head
kit . David Ruppel: I
Have not thought of that one yet. That is a good one for the future. J.Hasert: Would you could consider making a large disks, such as a 28-30 ft or 40ft model? David Ruppel: Yes we have and would like to plan on it in the near future. J.Hasert: Will
C&D look at making a 1/64 scrapper pan? David Ruppel: Yes,
we do have an 8ft in 64th or 12ft in HO. Stock # HOK07 J.Hasert Allis Chalmers and Case fans would like orange if possible. David Ruppel: If the demand was there we would consider it... J.Hasert What
colors will your field-cultivators come in? David Ruppel: Red
, green and maybe blue. J.Hasert: Will
you offer other size field cultivators after the 43ft and 73ft models? David Ruppel: We
are not planning on it at this time. J.Hasert: Will
you produce your NH3 tool bar as a finished model? David Ruppel: we
are looking into it for fall, But it will be retooled. J.Hasert: Would
you ever make a 30 to 40 ft folding drill for Great Plains, CaseIH or John
Deere. David Ruppel: Yes,
we are always looking at increasing the size and varity of our 1/64 equipment
line. J.Hasert: Will
you ever offer a high feature corn planter as a finished model? : Maybe
an 8, 16 or 24 row model? David Ruppel: Yes
we are planning on this. J.Hasert: Will
C&D ever brand their tillage line up as Krause, Sunflower, Brillion,
Flexi-coil. David Ruppel: Yes, these are all good ideas and would be great models. J.Hasert In the future will you offer a DMI chisel plow series 530b, 730b, and a 930b with levelers? David Ruppel:
A great idea and something to look forward to in the future. J.Hasert: Will C&D make any cotton equipment? David Ruppel: We
are looking into that and:we
will be putting pole in our website asking about cotton equipment in the near
future. J.Hasert : You had listed beet equipment kits in your catalog last year. Will C&D offer these as finished models? David Ruppel: Yes, we are looking into it with several companies. J.Hasert: Any
chance of Artsway diggers and harvesters? David Ruppel: This
is a very good company and a possibility. J.Hasert:
I know you make an HO Case 1470 4wd will you ever offer 1/64 Case 4wds :like
the 2470, 4690 or 4894? David Ruppel: These
are great classic 4wd and well worth a good look at. J.Hasert: People
really like your finished Versatiles will you offer the Steiger and IH 4wds as
blister card models? David Ruppel: We
really like the Versatiles too. We have had a great response and this is
something we would like to do in the future. Case-New Holland has lots of great

the Steiger lineup is there any plans for a model of a Puma 1000 or Wildcat
1000. David Ruppel: Great
idea. We have no plans at this time. J.Hasert: Will
you ever look at making CaseIH 9200 series Steigers. David Ruppel: This
would be a great one after the classic green models. J.Hasert
Any
chance of C&D making the Designation 6 Versatiles or the 1156?
David Ruppel: 1150
and 1156 are in the works for late fall early winter. J.Hasert: With

you ever thought about casting turbo wings for the hoods and fenders for semis. David
Ruppel: No
we have not thought of that one. Great idea. We have one for the cab and
sleepers. J.Hasert: Have
you given any consideration to make a generic hoist kit to use on trucks for
grain boxes or flatbeds ? David Ruppel: We
do have one in our grain box kit. We just need to market it alone. J.Hasert: Do
your grain truck boxes dump? David Ruppel: Yes,
they do. J.Hasert
Are there any
plans to build a hay head to mount on an Ertl loader for sqaure bales. David Ruppel: No, but it would make a nice detail accessory if we produce an NH automatic bale wagon. J.Hasert: Would
C&D ever consider making drop axles and drop boxes for hi crop /mudder
tractors ? Maybe sell them in a kit. David Ruppel: No, we have never had this question before. Something to think about. J.Hasert: Have
