7060
The 161 hp 7060 replaced the 155 hp 750 in late 1974. In 1975 the 7060 featured the new power-shift transmission that was developed along with the Allison division at General Motors. A popular new feature on AC tractors in the 1970's was Acousta-Cab. When an operator drove a 7060 with an Acousta-Cab in an ear-pleasing quite environment that set a record of 79.5 dbAs, an industry low for the mid-1970's. A tilt steering wheel and adjustable seat. The fuel tanks were placed under the cab for easy ground fill ups. Ertl first offered a 1/16 scale 7060 in 1974 with a maroon belly and in 1975 the belly was changed over the new black color in conjunction with AC's styling change. The 1974 model NIB will bring around $269 and the 1975 black belly around $220. In the summer of 2000 Ertl re-released the black belly 7060. The new 7060 toy features narrower front and rear tires.
